Zipper Catches Skin Dada Special Forces Welcome To My Nightmare

The Alice Cooper reissues continue into the new year, getting 2010 off to a good start! Dada (1983), Zipper Catches Skin (1982) and Special Forces (1981) will all be reissues on January 12th (or 26th according to Amazon.com) by Collector's Choice Music. Zipper Catches Skin features the bonus track "For Britain Only", which was only released as a single in England in 1982 although could more recently be found on the Life and Crimes of Alice Cooper (1999) box set. Special Forces will feature "Look at You Over There, Ripping Sawdust From My Teddy Bear" as a bonus track.

But there is more exciting news, Friday Music will be giving Welcome To My Nightmare the same deluxe treatment they did to School's Out earlier in the year. Welcome To My Nightmare will be released on 180g vinyl in a special gatefold sleeve on January 12th.

Alice is currently touring Europe, and for the first time Alice's shows have all been recorded and are being sold online as a digital download or USB drive via Concert Online. The USB is available for sale at the shows.

Alice's appearance at the Hammersmith Apollo in London on December 6th was recorded in High Definition for a DVD release later next year. Having just left the UK, Alice is already confirmed for a festival appearance there next year: Sonisphere Festival, Knebworth, UK July 30th to August 1st, also on the bill are Iron Maiden, Iggy and the Stooges and the Cult.
