New album and Box
This being the first entry into the news section of this site, we begin with the most important news. Alice Cooper releases a new album on September 23rd, his third for Spitfire records, entitled The Eyes Of Alice Cooper. The album sees a return to the original Alice Cooper group's garage roots, harking back to Love It To Death. Track titles are as follows: Detroit City, What Do You Want From Me?, Love Should Never Feel Like This, Spirits Rebellious, Novocain, Man Of the Year, Bye Bye Baby, Be With You Awhile, I'm So Angry, Between High School and the Old School, This House is Haunted, Backyard Brawl, and The Song That Didn't Rhyme. Alice has just recently finished the Bare Bones tour, but will be heading out on the road again from september to october in support of his new album. Keep checking the tour dates section of the site for updates to the tour schedule! Rhino Records, who recently remastered and release Billion Dollar Babies and Welcome to My Nightmare, have plans to remaster and release all of Alice Cooper's albums from Pretties for You (1969) to Dada (1983). The remstered albums will contain bonus tracks, and enhanced liner notes. The plan is to release this project by christmas '03 in a large box set, but the albums will mostly likely be sold seperate - perhaps after the inital box release though. Alice On UK TV Tonight
A repeat of the Alice Cooper In Profile is being shown in certain regions of the UK. The show will air on Channel 3 (ITV) from 1:20am to 1:45am. Please check local listings for confirmation. Alice is also in the current issue (September 2003) of the UK magazine ID Novocaine Premier

Dennis Dunaway and Neal Smith will be appearing at the Monster Mania Convention, which is being held from September 26th - 28th at the Clarion Hotel, Cherry Hill, New Jersey. There is a two page article in today's Sunday Mirror in the UK. In the US Glen Buxton has shockingly made Rolling Stones list of 100 Greatest Guitarists. Glen is at number 90. Nice to see he's getting a little recognition. The issue in question is September 18th. Catch up!
In Germany a DVD of promotional videos was released September 1st, entitled ' The Ultimate Clip Collection'. The DVD runs about 40 minutes and includes videos for Poison, Only My Heart Talkin', Bed Of Nails, Feed My Frankenstein, Hey Stoopid, I Got A Line On You, It's Me, Lost In America, and Love's A Loaded Gun. No word on a UK or US release date. The Eyes Of Alice Cooper will be released with four different covers featuring different coloured eyes. The colours will be red, green, purple, and yellow. Also, there will be a vinyl release in the UK!! The official international release date is September 22nd, and the day after in the US. Alice is in this month's issue of Classic Rock (UK). Alice will be appearing in numerous places in the UK over the next coming weeks. Look out for the following list: Bruce Dickinson Rock Show BBC Radio Six Saturday, 11th October 2003 between 9pm and 12am. This interview will be broadcast over the internet. On Total Rock : The Zed Show 19th September 2003, and The Sleazy H Show 22nd September 2003. Superstars, Virgin Radio 21st or 28th September 2003. The Piers Hernu Show, Talk Sport Radio 1089/1053am (This may appear in some listingsas "The Ian Collins Show"). Aires 13th September 2003, 20pm to 1am. Alice's segment might air around 9:45pm. (www.talksport.net or www.talksport.co.uk). VH-1 (uk) will be broadcasting a couple items - "Album Of The Week" - week of 22nd September 2003. "100 Greatest Icons" (or similar title) in November. The Mullet Man Show, Scuzz TV (via Sky TV) 14th October 2003 (day of channels launch) Alice has also filmed a TV ad for the new Sky Plus Box Press. Daily Express - some time from Friday to Monday around the release of the album. Alice also recorded some radio interviews in Germany, which should be airing today. No details on those. The release of Alice's new album, The Eyes Of Alice Cooper has been delayed by a week in the US and will now be released on the 30th September 2003. The international release date of the 22nd September 2003 is uneffected. Alice is recording a segment today for the The Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn which will air at a later date. No news when as of yet. Attic Expeditions, the recent horror film with a short Alice cameo, was released yesterday on a Region 2 DVD in Europe. Alice's appearance on The Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn is set to air on Tuesday, 23rd September 2003. Alice and band recorded "Man of the Year" which will be the song that gets aired on Tuesday, and "No More Mr. Nice Guy" which might get used at a later date. Alice is on BBC Radio 6 this weekend. He is interviewed on Bruce Dickinson's show on Saturday 11th October 2003. You can listen to this interview online . Classic Rock, a UK magazine has a large and positive review of the new album. The review can be found in the November issue. Also in the UK, the current issue of Radio Times has a piece on the upcoming Bruce Dickinson interview. Finally, Alice will be in The Times this saturday, he will be featured in the magazine supplement. Crossroads, a French magazine has a two-page feature on Alice in it's September/October 2003 issue. Rock Tribune, a Belgium magazine has an interview with Alice in it's October issue. The current issues of Hit Parader and Metal Edge in the US have half page adverts for the new album. Alice has hooked up with British comedian Ronnie Corbett for an advertisment campaign for Sky+, a system that allows users to record upto 20 hours of TV withou tapes. The Sky+ system is part of the BSKYB Satellite TV in England. The advert will appear on ITV1, Channel 4 and Five, as well as SKY. The ads are currently being aired...so get recording! Alice is on the cover of Norwegian metal magazine Scream. The magazine has a two page feature. Here's an online article: The Indianipolis Star 12th October 2003 Alice has lent his voice to a three-part program called "Rats, Bats and Bugs" to air on the History Channel 27th October 2003. The show was recorded in Memphis while Alice was on tour supporting The Eyes Of Alice Cooper. Alice has donated 6th row tickets with Meet and Greet for his upcoming October 30th show at Massey Hall in Toronto for a Sweet Relief Musicians Fund ebay auction . Sweet Relief helps assist those musicians who are unable to pay for expensive hospital care. Graham Norton
The Alice episode of the British show So Graham Norton is set to air in the US on BBC America Friday 14th November, at 11pm and on the 15th at 3am. Alice is also featured in a documentary about Keanu Reeves which will air on A&E on Sunday November 16th at 9pm, and November 17th at 1am. Rockline

A Brutally Live Special Edition DVD was released 18th November 2003. The set contains the previously released Live DVD and a CD of the same live show. Alice has recorded a advert for Chrysler's Airpark - Jeep in Scottsdale, Arizona. Click here to for more details and to view the advert.
