Alice Cooper Rocks the Clearfield County Fair

CLEARFIELD – On Tuesday Alice Cooper kicked off the nightly entertainment at the Clearfield County Fair.

Rain threatened the show early, but the Rock Gods were kind to Clearfield, letting one of their own entertain the gathered masses.

Cooper, the innovator of shock rock and rock-theater, brought his brand of music to the new Grandstand Stage, and he brought it hard. Cooper, who’s been rocking since the late 60s, didn’t show any signs of wearing down as he and his band belted through all of his great songs and skits; School’s Out, Cold Ethyl, Poison; the guillotine, the straight jacket and more.
